These polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheets are lightweight, strong and water resistant.
The material machines beautifully on a CNC mill like the OX and is often used for signage, store displays and exhibits. The smooth, matte surface makes it ideal for screen printing and graphics.
PVC can be heat bent, but if too much heat is applied it will permanently lose its structure. It’s best to test heat bends on a scrap piece. Please note that this material cannot be laser cut.
Minor scratches on the surface and on the edges from the saw process can be present.
