Order this if you need to have your rail custom cut. Please both send us a mail and leave a note on the orders comment field on how you want your rails cut

Order one per cut to be made

The way to order custom cuts is as follows:
Within a certain size rail (e.g. black 20x40) add all the lengths you need and order the closest, equal to or longer than, length you need.

Note: "Left over" cut-off will not be shipped as we do make the custom cuts from full length rails (5100mm)

Note: Custom cut can be made and shipped in normal way up-to 1800mm. If you need longer please use the contact form to get a quote on shipment.

Example

You want Black 20x40:

1pc 125mm and

2pc 235mm

1pc 1005mm

this is 1600mm in total

To place an order please order 1pc 1500mm, 1pc 250mm and 4 custom cuts.

The "scrap piece" (1750-1600) will not be shipped as the custom parts are actually cut from a full length rail of 4600mm.
