Custom cut Sair linear guide (per cut)

Order this if you need to have your linear guide custom cut. Please both send us a mail and leave a note on the orders comment field on how you want your guides cut.

Order one per cut to be made.

Tolerance: Please allow for a tolerance of +2mm and -2mm. This means that if you order a piece of 200mm guide, the piece will be within 198mm-202mm.

Finish: The piece will be deburred on a belt sanding machine, but the cutting process will leave the piece marked from heat at the cut.

The way to order custom cuts is as follows:
Within a certain size rail (e.g. MGN12) add all the lengths you need and order the closest, equal to or longer than, length you need.

Note: Custom cut can be made no longer than 1500mm for MGN rails. For longer custom cuts of GD15 and GD20 please use the contact form to get a quote on shipment and availability.

You want MGN12:

1pc 125mm and

2pc 235mm

1pc 1005mm

this is 1600mm in total
