When using a CNC machine one of the main issues is dust management. Together with some students we have developed this complete dust management system.
For Piranha Max users: The hose cannot be fully supported by the glass fiber rods like on smaller machines. You need to hold the middle of the hose from the ceiling. We cannot offer a standard solution for this as workspaces vary a lot.
The Shoe fit over the 43mm Spindle Holder and follow Z-movements up and down. A glass fiber rod inside the hose secure the hose in an upright position. A conical adaptor allow for connection to most shop Vacuums. The Conical adaptor can also be removed if easy connection of a Ø60mm hose.
The Kit holds all parts you need to make your CNC a dust free experience. Easy to assemble and mount.
