ACME Linear Guide Actuator

This is a heavy-duty version of the popular OpenBuilds C-Beam Tension XL Linear Actuator. We have added some beefy HGH15 blocks and Linear Rails to the C-Beam. This allow use for more challenging applications where V-wheel based actuators are not sufficient. It is capable of running smooth even with high load on top or sideways. 

The Gantry Plate is designed for this build it has extra hole that make it easy to mount different items to the plate as well as rotating two actuators 90dg to form a X-Y table.

Between the Tensioning Nut and the Thrust Bearing we have placed two disk springs to allow for controlled tensioning of the ACME rod.
